Covid Update

We hope that you and your loved ones have been healthy and doing well during this hard time. We are excited to announce we are resuming business as things are slowly reopening in our area. First, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your support, your generosity has been invaluable to us and we honestly cannot thank you enough. It's caring pet lovers like you that keep us going!

We have reopened with some new procedures that will allow us to remain open throughout any potential subsequent lockdowns we may face in the future.

What our walkers will be doing:

  • Walkers will monitor their body temperature daily and sanitize their hands prior to each visit. We will also be wearing masks throughout the visit.

  • Your walker will text you when we are on the way with an ETA so that you can be ready for our arrival if you are working from home. Your general time-frame will still be visible on the Time To Pet app.

What we will ask of you:

  • Option A: Prepare the dog(s) to go out and pass them to us on the porch where we will use our own leash for the walk. We will then knock/ring the doorbell upon our return to hand them back over.

  • Option B: We come in to leash them up and remain at least 6 feet away, making sure to touch as little inside the home as possible.

Please note: if you or anyone in your home is presenting symptoms, please let us know so that we can cancel your remaining visits until symptoms have subsided.

Subsidized offerings:

  • We would  like to offer front-line workers a 50% discount on their visits during this difficult time to help thank them for their crucial service.

  • For those that have been laid off but still need help with walks, we’d like to volunteer our services for free twice a week to help out.
